Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://darkcitydumpsters.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Our Services. Dark City Dumpsters delivers Residential Dumpster Rental, Commercial Dumpster Rental, Construction Dumpster Rental, Short-Term Dumpster Rental, Long-Term Dumpster Rental. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Dark City Dumpsters or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Dark City Dumpsters does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark City Dumpsters's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Dark City Dumpsters in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Dark City Dumpsters from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
